Conditions for meeting:
These are the conditions you need to fulfill to meet the character. There are 2 or 3 conditions usually, but you only need to fulfill one. Eg. Art 50, means your art skill needs to be at least 50 or above to meet the character. Keep in mind that some characters will only show up after a certain date. Like Kaori will only appear after July or August.

Order:
This is the order in which you use her names. The most formal starts in front, and when your relationship improves, you can gradually start to use the next name on the list. Eg. Hikari, Hinomoto-san, Hinomoto, Hikari-san, Hinomoto-chan, Hikari-chan. This is the order in which Hikari's names are to be called. You start with Hikari and gradually work your way up.

Requirements for winning:  Humanities 100, Arts 100, Science 100, Athletics 100
Your requirements for winning. Eg. Humanities 100, you need at least 100 in your humanities skill.

Now this, I think some people may have some trouble with this. Well, this tells the relationship of the girl with all the other girls. For example, this is Hikari's. The first smiley face means that the character has a very close relationship with the girls in that box. The last face means the girl doesn't have a very good relationship with the girls in that box. This is useful when it comes to bombs, and seeing which bomb will affect which girl the most.
